Key Requirements:

57 years of experience in real estate and construction law.

In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations, documentation, and compliance procedures.

Experience in drafting and vetting agreements (Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.)

Handling land acquisition matters, title due diligence, and coordination with government authorities.

Strong legal advisory capabilities for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Preferred Location: PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune)
