Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Delhi. The Advocate will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal cases, and representing clients in District Courts in Delhi NCR, Hight Court & Supreme Court and other legal proceedings. Additional tasks include conducting research and managing case-related documentation. The role also involves regular client interactions to build trust and provide transparent updates on case progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal drafting, documentation, and case preparation
- Sound knowledge of legal frameworks, statutes, and procedural laws
- Strong analytical skills for research, case studies, and identifying key legal issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to appear effectively in court and interact with clients
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple cases
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and relevant accreditation to practice law in the jurisdiction
- 7 to 8 Years Prior experience in litigation
