Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate, based in Ghaziabad. The Advocate will handle day-to-day tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, legal consultations, and managing legal cases. The role involves maintaining clear communication with clients, preparing case strategies, and staying updated with legal developments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and drafting legal documents
• Proficient in preparing case strategies and analyzing legal issues
• Experience in representing clients in court and providing legal consultations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong understanding of local and national laws
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice law
• Relevant experience in the legal field is preferred
• Time management and organizational skills are essential
