About the Role:
- Join our litigation and advisory team, working on civil, criminal, property, and banking law matters. Gain direct exposure to institutional drafting, compliance, and courtroom practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, notices, agreements & affidavits
- Assist in title verification and property documentation
- Support banking law matters, including SARFAESI & MODT
- Attend court proceedings and client consultations
- Contribute to institutional legal drafting for Banks
