Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in court, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research. The Advocate will also be required to negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with legal regulations. The role may involve liaising with clients, legal professionals, and government officials to manage and resolve legal issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal representation, providing legal advice, and negotiating settlements
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Familiarity with legal regulations and statutory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Experience in client interaction and case management
- Relevant qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
