Job Title: Digital Lead Conversion Specialist
Function: Sales & Business Development (Financial Services Broking)
Role Summary:
Responsible for engaging and converting warm digital leads generated through online platforms into Demat and Trading account openings. The role involves consultative selling, client profiling, product explanation, follow-ups, and adherence to compliance standards to ensure quality conversions and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Client Interaction:
- Contact assigned digital leads within defined TAT.
- Understand client investment or trading interests through structured conversations.
- Conduct consultative discussions rather than generic sales pitches.
Client Profiling & Requirement Analysis:
- Identify client type such as Investor, Trader, Intraday, Options, or Commodity participant.
- Assess risk appetite, trading experience, and frequency.
- Recommend suitable products aligned with client needs.
Product Explanation & Value Communication:
- Explain Demat and Trading account features, brokerage structure, and trading platforms.
- Communicate key value propositions and differentiators.
- Handle objections and resolve queries confidently.
Conversion & Account Opening:
- Convert qualified leads into Demat account openings.
- Guide clients through KYC and onboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth processing.
Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing:
- Conduct structured follow-ups for pending prospects.
- Update CRM with accurate lead status and remarks.
- Ensure no qualified lead remains unattended.
Process & Compliance Adherence:
- Follow internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Avoid mis-selling or false commitments.
- Maintain transparency in client communication.
Quality & Performance Contribution:
- Maintain high call quality and professional conduct.
- Focus on quality sourcing and long-term retention.
