The Software Developer will work with cutting edge technology, deliver high quality solutions across various industries, and driving solutions with a team working on holistic web development projects that range in size and scope, as well as receive continuous career development opportunities. This role will perform hands-on customized development and unit testing of web-based software solutions utilizing a service layer, and database technology and language.
Job Duties
The Senior Associate will participate in and lead the following job duties as directed:
Strategy, Requirements & Selection:
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new and existing D365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Documentation: Document existing enterprise business applications, business processes, and user personas impacted by D365 and Power Platform.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within current systems, focusing on D365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Future State Design: Develop and present future state options for client evaluation, leveraging D365 and Power Platform features.
- Security Best Practices: Understand and implement security structures and best practices specific to D365 and Power Platform.
- Evaluation Metrics: Design scorecards and dashboards for evaluating potential business applications within the D365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Solution Functional Design:
- Business Process Design: Perform functional design for business processes using D365 and Power Platform to maximize business value and agility.
- Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of D365 and Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
Technical:
- Design and implement integrations leveraging tools such as Kingswaysoft, Data Flows, Logic Apps / Power Automate.
- Frontend development skills focusing on modern web frameworks.
- Experience with plugins, plugin assemblies, and custom .NET development.
Consulting
- Client Engagement: Gain a deep understanding of client needs and propose solutions that leverage D365 and Power Platform to exceed expectations.
Program & Project Management:
- Project Documentation: Document and maintain project milestones, phases, and budgets specific to D365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring successful delivery of D365 and Power Platform solutions.
- User Support: Develop user documentation and provide training and support for D365 and Power Platform users.
Implementation and Support:
- Functional Support: Provide ongoing functional support for D365 and Power Platform solutions, managing issues and change requests.
- System Configuration: Perform system configuration tasks for D365 and Power Platform workstreams as required.
- Business Development and Account Management
- Identifies new business development opportunities.
- Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the team.

Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Education:
- B.Tech/ MCA/ CA/ MBA from an accredited university, required;
Experience:
- Three to Five (3-5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required.
- Three to Five (3-5) CRM Product, required.
- Client facing best practice consulting experience, required.
- Experience with ERP product, preferred.
- One to Two (1-2) or more years of .NET / React (or other JS frontend framework) experience, preferred.
License/Certifications:
- One or more current certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform, such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Additional certifications in related technologies, preferred.
Software:
- Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), required.
- Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required.
- Smartsheet, preferred.
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce), required.
- ERP Experience (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, NetSuite, or Acumatica), preferred.
- Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred.
