We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and target-oriented Academic Advisor – US Market to join our growing team in Noida.

The role will focus on engaging with prospective learners from the United States and counselling them for our MBA and Doctorate programs.

About the Role

As an Academic Advisor, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their academic and professional backgrounds, identify their career and educational objectives, and guide them towards suitable programs.

This is a consultative academic counselling and sales role. The ideal candidate should be able to build trust, communicate professionally with US-based professionals, and manage the complete journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners from the United States through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
• Understand the candidate's academic background, professional experience, and career goals.
• Provide accurate information about our MBA and Doctorate programs.
• Explain program structure, eligibility, duration, learning format, admission process, and other approved details.
• Counsel candidates based on their individual academic and professional requirements.
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective learners.
• Guide qualified candidates through the application and documentation process.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve individual and team admission/revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal academic and admissions teams when required.

US Market Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently with US-based professionals and prospective learners.
• Understand the expectations, professional backgrounds, and concerns of the US audience.
• Maintain a professional and consultative communication style.
• Build long-term trust and relationships with prospective learners.
• Adapt counselling and communication based on the candidate's professional profile.
• Develop a strong understanding of the US education and professional environment relevant to prospective learners.

MBA & Doctorate Counselling

The candidate should be capable of effectively presenting our MBA and Doctorate programs by explaining their relevant features, academic structure, eligibility requirements, learning format, and admission process based strictly on approved program information.

The advisor must communicate responsibly and must not make unsupported claims regarding accreditation, recognition, career outcomes, degree acceptance, or other academic matters.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in education counselling, EdTech, international education, inside sales, B2C sales, or a related field.
• Experience handling the US market will be an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Working Schedule

5 Days Working

As this position focuses on the US market, candidates should be comfortable working according to the organization's US-market operating schedule, including working hours aligned with relevant US time zones when required.
