Job Title: Advisor - Post Sales

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Advisor in the Post Sales department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Customer Communications department and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As an Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional post-sales support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in post-sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist in training new team members on post-sales procedures and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in the Customer Communications department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of post-sales processes and best practices
