The Role

We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who owns strategy — not just execution.

You will build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, communicate directly with clients, and take full responsibility for performance outcomes.

This is a strategic, client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Optimisation

• Set paid ads strategy across Google & Meta
• Make independent decisions to scale, pause, or restructure campaigns
• Conduct account audits and identify growth opportunities

Google Ads

• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube
• Handle keyword strategy, bidding, and A/B testing
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking (GTM / GA4)

Meta Ads

• Build full-funnel campaigns (TOF–MOF–BOF)
• Develop audience and creative testing strategies
• Monitor Pixel & CAPI health

Client Communication

• Send monthly performance reports (insight-led, not data dumps)
• Lead paid media discussions on strategy calls
• Communicate proactively when performance shifts

Requirements

• 3+ years Google Ads experience
• 3+ years Meta Ads experience
• Strong understanding of tracking (GTM, GA4)
• Experience communicating directly with clients
• Ability to write clear, data-driven reports
• Excellent written English
• Comfortable working remotely in an offshore environment
