Job Title : Paid Advertising Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven ability to generate leads, sales, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities -
Google Ads Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads.
Meta Ads Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign metrics and continuously improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Contribute to overall digital marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
- Proficiency in audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel-based advertising.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience managing budgets of $5,000+ per month.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media platforms.
- Experience working with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
