Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager for our on-site location in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and crafting sales strategies that align with company goals. The role includes conducting market research, presenting advertising solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients for digital advertising opportunities.
- Reach out to brands and agencies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings to introduce our services.
- Present advertising solutions across multiple digital channels including commerce platforms, travel platforms, social media, content platforms, mobility platforms, and programmatic media.
- Work with advertising opportunities across platforms such as Reddit, Pinterest, Discord, Zoomcar, Playo, Cult.fit, Huddle, along with other premium digital media partners.
- Create customized advertising proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams on campaign strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Manage and update client interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, media, or digital marketing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising models such as CPC, CPM, CPL, or CPA is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms or tracking tools is an added advantage.
