About the Role: The Ad Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our advertising revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for advertising sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content) for campaign execution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in advertising/media sales or a similar role.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with market research and analysis.
Pay range and compensation package: Upto 15 LPA
