About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Managers to generate revenue through the sale of OOH advertising spaces, specifically bike standee hoardings and other static formats. This is a field-intensive sales role involving client acquisition, meetings, follow-ups, and monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell advertising space on bike standees, hoardings, and other outdoor formats
  • Onboard SMBs, local businesses, and agencies for ad placements
  • Handle both direct and agency sales
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through cold calling and active pitching
  • Maintain sales pipelines and reporting hygiene
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, media, print, digital, or OOH advertising

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in handling advertising agencies is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics
