Job Title: Channel Innovation & commercial Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for a media-first thinker who combines strong buying discipline with a sharp eye for emerging platform innovations. This role will own strategic media partnerships across platforms while identifying, validating, and scaling next-generation ad products and channel innovations that deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines commercial rigor with creative curiosity — someone who understands platform mechanics deeply and can translate emerging opportunities into scalable growth levers.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and pilot new ad formats, beta products, platform innovations
•Build strategic partnerships with platform teams to access first-to-market solutions
•Drive experimentation roadmaps across video, commerce, creators, immersive ads, AI-led formats, etc.
•Own end-to-end media buying across digital platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.)
•Manage large-scale budgets with strong cost discipline and ROI focus
•Ensure strong governance, tracking, and compliance
•Drive learning agendas and scale successful pilots
•Translate business objectives into channel-specific strategies & lay out innovation roadmaps and investment rationale to leadership
Key KPIs
•Media cost efficiency (CPM, CPC, CPA improvements)
•Successful pilot-to-scale rate of new platform initiatives
•Media ROI and investment efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
•5 – 8 years of hands-on media buying with strong negotiation skills
•Strong relationships with platform partners in the industry
•Deep understanding of platform algorithms and bidding mechanics
•Data-driven mindset with experimentation discipline
