Work Mode: Remote

Experience: 3+ years

Markets: US, UK, Brazil (BR), Mexico (MX), Indonesia (ID), Philippines (PH), India (IN), Israel (IL)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an Advertiser Manager who can independently onboard and manage brand advertisers and agencies across international markets. This role is hands-on and ownership-driven ideal for someone who is comfortable working solo, managing multiple stakeholders, and taking full responsibility for advertiser success.

You will act as the primary point of contact for advertisers, manage reporting and performance communication, and work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.

This is a builder-stage role, not a support-heavy one.

Key Responsibilities

1 Advertiser & Agency Onboarding

  • Onboard brand advertisers and agencies across US, UK, BR, MX, ID, PH, IL, and IN regions.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to initiate and close partnerships.
  • Handle onboarding end-to-end from first discussion to campaign go-live.

2 Account Management & Ownership

  • Own assigned advertiser and agency accounts end-to-end.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client communication.
  • Take complete ownership of account performance, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work independently while aligning with internal teams when required.

3 Reporting & Performance Communication

  • Prepare, analyze, and share campaign performance reports with clarity.
  • Deduce insights from data and communicate results in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

4 Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Maintain clear communication between advertisers/agencies and internal delivery teams.
  • Translate client requirements into structured briefs for execution teams.
  • Follow up on delivery, performance, and post-campaign feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

  • 35 years of experience in advertiser management, account management, or digital media roles.
  • Experience onboarding and managing brand advertisers and agencies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MMP platforms such as:
  • Appsflyer
  • Adjust
  • Branch
  • (or similar attribution platforms)
  • Strong Excel skills (reporting, analysis, data interpretation).
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing stakeholders across time zones.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

What We're Looking For (Mindset)

  • Well-connected in the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Clear communicator who can explain performance simply and confidently
  • Self-starter who enjoys building and structuring things
  • Team player who can collaborate, but does not rely on hand-holding
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Important Note

This is a hands-on role in a growing company.

You will be expected to:

  • Handle onboarding, communication, and reporting yourself
  • Take full responsibility for your accounts
  • Operate without large support teams initially

Apply only if you are comfortable owning your work end-to-end.

Why Join

  • Work with international advertisers and agencies
  • High ownership and visibility
  • Remote-first flexibility
  • Opportunity to grow with the company as it scales
