Role: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Advertisement Sales (Print & Digital)

Are you a seasoned media sales professional with a deep network in Mumbai

We are looking for a high-energy Individual Contributor to drive revenue across our prestigious Print and Digital portfolios. If you have a knack for building brand stories and closing high-value deals, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity:

Sector: Print, Digital, and Event Sponsorships

Annual CTC: 8.0 16.0 Lakhs (Commensurate with experience)

Location: Mumbai

Your Impact:

As a key member of our sales team, you would not just sell space - you will create solutions.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Account Management: Managing a high-intent portfolio of clients and agencies across Retail, FMCG, BFSI, and Consumer Durables.
  • Consultative Selling: Pitching integrated Print + Digital solutions tailored to specific brand KPIs.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets through aggressive lead conversion and rate negotiation.
  • Network Expansion: Leveraging your existing relationships with Mumbai's top advertising agencies and direct corporate clients.
  • Event Integration: Identifying opportunities for media sponsorships and on-ground brand activations.

Who You Are:

The Experience: You bring 810 years of solid experience in Media Ad Sales (Print or Digital is a must-have).

The Network: You have an active Rolodex of agency contacts and brand managers in the Mumbai market.

The Skillset: You are a master negotiator with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

The Education: A Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or Business (MBA preferred).

The Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in an individual contributor role and enjoys the hustle of a fast-paced media environment.
