As an Advanced Technology Center Lead, a typical day involves shaping the strategic direction and growth plans for the Advanced Technology Center while overseeing the operational functions to ensure financial and performance targets are met. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to align resources and talent with evolving business needs, ensuring the center operates efficiently and effectively within its defined objectives. The position demands a proactive approach to managing priorities and fostering an environment that supports innovation and sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and align with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Industry, domain knowledge across all pharma domains, technology knowhow around usage of AI and GenAI, experience with GTM strategies and offerings
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices within the life sciences domain.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution within technology-driven environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and design scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing operational performance metrics and financial targets.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Life Sciences Industry.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
