Advanced System Administrator

About the Role

In this role, you'll manage back-end infrastructure support and provide advanced second-level support for service requests — covering everything from workstations, servers, and printers to networks and vendor-specific hardware/software. You'll also lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the service desk team, ensuring timely, professional resolution of technical issues.

Success in this role means confidently engaging with end users while resolving complex, infrastructure-level problems.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• 4–5+ years of IT experience supporting US, EMEA, or AUS clients
• Prior experience working with teams in English-speaking countries
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration & management
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration & management
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server roles (AD, FSMO, DHCP, DNS, RDS)
• Strong application support and troubleshooting skills
• Good working knowledge of Azure
• Understanding of Windows networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, ISPs)
• Familiarity with backup solutions
• Working knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Incident Trending
