Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Build high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and state‑management frameworks.
- Integrate AI/ML models, GenAI APIs, and intelligent automation workflows into software solutions.
- Work closely with Data Science/ML teams to operationalize AI components, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Drive end‑to‑end feature development: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure clean, efficient, well-structured code with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and cloud-native deployments.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks.
- Experience integrating or consuming AI/ML services, GenAI APIs, or AI-based features.
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL stores.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and modern SDLC practices
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of AI pipelines, model deployment, or MLOps (nice to have).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based architectures.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka, or event-driven systems.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code optimization abilities.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
