Advanced Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into robust design and code.
• Lead AUTOSAR-based embedded software development for automotive products.
• Perform AUTOSAR modeling and system configuration, including SWC compositions, component instances, and connectors.
• Optimize AUTOSAR-based software architecture for multicore environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and resolve module-related challenges.
• Plan, monitor, and manage time effectively to meet project goals.

Required Background:

• Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Robotics).
• 2-3 years of relevant automotive software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR architecture and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of COM stack (FlexRay, CAN, LIN), Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, OS, and Watchdog.
• Experience with 32-bit microcontroller architectures: Renesas RH family, Tricore, PowerPC, ARM.
• Experience in ADAS, Infotainment, or Gateway systems.
• Familiarity with automotive product development processes (ASPICE, ISO26262).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
