Advanced Process Control Engineer

- 10+ years of APC experience in the Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical industry.
- Strong hands‑on experience with multivariable control and APC platforms (e.g., Aspen, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider).
- Proven ability to work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain the APC roadmap for assigned Oil & Gas sites.
- Oversee, monitor, and sustain APC applications in run mode.
- Track and improve APC performance and benefits.
- Coordinate with site teams on APC troubleshooting and daily management.
- Collaborate with production teams on profile tuning, operational changes, and shutdown/start‑up planning.
- Work with maintenance and instrumentation teams to ensure measurement reliability impacting APC.
- Ensure consistent application of APC standards, methodologies, and best practices across sites.
- Coach and mentor engineers to strengthen APC capability.
- Support or manage deployment of new APC projects (as applicable).
