Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Advanced Generative AI & Agentic AI Faculty member. The faculty will design, update, and deliver curriculum on topics such as large language models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG systems, multimodal models, and agentic AI frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and conducting classroom and lab sessions, developing practical assignments and real-time project work, and guiding learners in building end-to-end AI applications. The role involves mentoring students on career paths, supporting them in interview preparation, and coordinating with placement teams to align training outcomes with industry needs. The faculty will also collaborate with peers to create new courses, contribute to workshops and corporate training programs, and continuously evaluate learner performance through assessments and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals, including large language models (LLMs), transformers, embeddings, RAG architectures, and multimodal models.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows using modern frameworks, tools, and APIs.
- Proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow, LangChain or similar orchestration tools, vector databases, REST/JSON APIs).
- Experience building real-world AI applications such as chatbots, copilots, document assistants, recommendation systems, or workflow automation solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners at different levels, with strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Background in curriculum design, instructional materials development, and assessment creation for technical subjects is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
