Key Deliverables:

1. Design and develop embedded firmware and control systems across warehouse automation platforms.
2. Implement and troubleshoot PLC logic, motion control, and HMI systems using industry tools.
3. Collaborate on prototype testing, schematic reviews, and cross-functional engineering integration.
4. Execute FAT/SAT and provide on-site support for hardware/software interface and system testing.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop embedded software using C/C++ for ARM and non-ARM platforms, integrating sensors and actuators.
2. Program and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff) using Codesys, ladder logic, and motion controls.
3. Interface with machine vision systems and configure VFDs, servos, and industrial communication protocols.
4. Maintain compliance with wiring standards, create test reports, and manage revisions with Git.
