The Role
As a
Test Publishing Quality Assurance (TPQA) professional, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of content used in teacher licensure assessments. You'll be part of a collaborative team that supports custom testing programs aligned to state and national standards work that directly impacts educators and learners nationwide.
From your first few months, you'll be making a visible impact by safeguarding quality across computerbased test content, managing multiple projects, and helping deliver highstakes assessments on time and to the highest standard. What You'll Own
In this role, success is about accuracy, accountability, and collaboration. You will:
- Own content quality and accuracy across the entire materials production lifecycle, ensuring nothing is lost, misformatted, or misrepresented.
- Lead quality control efforts, including item accounting, item formatting checks, and detailed technical reviews.
- Validate computerbased test functionality, crossreferencing documentation with exam navigation, system functionality, and results files.
- Track and report progress, maintaining uptodate work plans and logs while providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Partner crossfunctionally, working closely with Test Publishers, Quality Assurance colleagues, and team leaders to meet clientdriven deadlines.

- You're proficient with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF software, file management systems, and internetbased platformsand you enjoy learning new technologies.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's in English preferred).
- Copyediting experience is a plus, but not required.
- You are required to work from the office during IST work hours.
