The Advanced Associate Content Producer supports the creation and delivery of high-quality digital and print courseware, live training materials, and related learning assets. Individuals in this role work increasingly independently on defined tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to production standards. They actively support a growing courseware business by keeping projects moving, proactively addressing issues, reconciling information across multiple sources, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and technical proficiency are essential.
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB
Dollar responsibilities: Assist with monitoring project expenditures and identifying potential overages early; support producers and managers in making informed decisions about budget-impacting activities.
Supervisory responsibilities: No direct supervisory duties; may provide onboarding support to peer content producers or coordinate vendor tasks as needed.
