Type: Contract (6-months , extensions likely)

About the role:

As an AtTech operations professional you will own the operational execution, optimisation and troubleshooting of the programmatic advertising across direct and programmatic demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and delivery in Google Ad Manager.
  • Monitor pacing and performance, proactively troubleshooting delivery and reporting issues.
  • Translate campaign objectives into effective programmatic setups and deal execution (PMP, PG, PD).
  • Optimize campaigns against KPIs and provide clear, actionable performance insights.
  • Reconcile data across platforms and explain results to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with DSPs, SSPs, and measurement vendors to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Maintain high QA standards and continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience with Google Ad Manager - set up, managed and troubleshoot campaigns end to end
  • Experience with standard ad formats and creative requirements
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and strong QA mindset
  • Prior experience in a face paced live environment - ie. live sports streaming, high growth media, marketplace, ecommerce.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in planning and executing programmatic advertising
  • Experience with other common DSPs/SSPs and verification tools (e.g., The Trade Desk, Magnite, Xandr, OpenX, PubMatic, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
  • Understanding of programmatic fundamentals: auctions, deal types (PMP/PG/PD), targeting, pacing, frequency caps, brand safety, viewability, and troubleshooting delivery
