What You Will Own
Lead Sourcing & Database Building
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to:
- Extract high-quality leads
- Clean and qualify databases
- Build segmented lead lists (industry, geography, size, persona)
- Maintain structured CRM hygiene
Outbound Sales Strategy
- Design outbound sequences:
- Cold email strategy
- LinkedIn outreach scripts
- Call scripts
- Follow-up cadence
- Test messaging angles
- Track open rates, reply rates, booked meetings
- Optimize continuously
Pipeline Management
- Set up and manage CRM stages:
- Lead sourced
- Contacted
- Replied
- Discovery
- Proposal sent
- Closed
- Maintain weekly funnel metrics
- Forecast pipeline and revenue
Closing & Revenue
- Conduct discovery calls
- Pitch NFThing's offerings (survey campaigns, ad formats, student engagement)
- Negotiate and close deals
- Ensure smooth handover to execution team
Required Experience
- 13 years in B2B sales / outbound sales / growth
- Strong cold email writing skills
- High confidence in calls
- Comfortable with rejection and iteration
