About the Role
PaytmAdsis looking for aMonetizationManager to drive strategic partnerships and maximize revenue opportunities across theadvertisingecosystem.
The role will act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for external partners, while
working closely with internal product, sales, and operations teams to ensure that partnerships
translate into scalable revenue opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection ofadmonetization, partnerships, and product
solutioning, helping bring newadcapabilities to market while optimizing existing revenue
streams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Management & Ecosystem Development
. Serve as the primary SPOC for externaladtech and ecosystem partners including
DSPs, SSPs, measurement partners, and agencies.
. Manage day-to-day relationships with partners to ensure smooth execution and
revenue growth.
. Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and unlock newmonetizationstreams.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
. Work closely with product, sales, andadoperations teams to ensure partnerships
are fully leveraged.
. Translate partner capabilities into internal opportunities for advertisers and sales
teams.
. Coordinate partner integrations, launches, and performance tracking.
3. New Partnerships & Opportunity Evaluation
. Identify and evaluate new partnerships across theadvertisingecosystem including
programmatic platforms, data partners, and measurement solutions.
. Assess strategic fit, revenue potential, and technical feasibility of potential
partnerships.
. Support negotiations and onboarding of new partners.
4. Product Solutioning & Go-to-Market Support
. Assist in solutioning and packaging newadvertisingproducts or features.
. Work with internal teams to develop GTM strategies for newadformats, targeting
capabilities, or measurement solutions.
. Enable the sales team with partner-driven solutions for advertisers.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
. Monitor performance of existing partnerships across revenue, fill rate, and
advertiser adoption.
. Identify optimization opportunities and work with partners to improve outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
. 7+ years overall work experience, with 5-6 years in digitaladvertising/adtech /
mediamonetization.
. Strong understanding of the digitaladvertisingecosystem including:
o Programmaticadvertising
o Direct IOadvertising
o DSPs, SSPs,adexchanges
. Experience managing external partnerships or platform integrations.
. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams.
. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
