Ads Manager - Ecommerce - 2 Yrs+ Exp

We're looking for an E-commerce Ads Manager to help manage, optimize, and grow Tash Hair's presence across leading online marketplaces.

Tash Hair is a growing D2C brand in the hair care appliances category. Over the last 4 years, we have built a strong presence in the market and are among the leading brands in our category. We are a lean, fast-moving team looking for someone who can take ownership, work with data, and help scale our marketplace business.

• Manage and monitor ad campaigns across Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations across marketplaces
• Support listing updates, catalogue hygiene, pricing, offers, and marketplace execution
• Track CM2, marketplace-level P&L, and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports on sales, ads, inventory, and marketplace performance
• Automate recurring e-commerce processes and reporting wherever possible
• Coordinate with internal teams and external marketplace partners to ensure smooth execution

• Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce or marketplace experience
• Basic knowledge of Amazon listings and listing optimization
• Good working knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Ads
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and data
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling operational tasks
• Experience with Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, or other marketplaces is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
