Job Overview

Entrepot Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, result-oriented Ads Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate must have experience managing campaigns for multiple clients and a proven ability to optimize advertising performance, generate leads, and improve conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage multiple client advertising accounts and budgets.
• Develop result-oriented strategies for lead generation, sales, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, budgets, and placements to improve performance.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and videos.
• Understand client requirements and develop customized advertising strategies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Handle client queries, campaign updates, and performance discussions.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience running advertising campaigns for at least 50–60 clients.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Good client communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
