Role Description The Ads Executive (Meta and Google Ads) will plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms to drive measurable results for clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Agra and involves daily monitoring, optimization, and reporting on campaign performance, including budget pacing, bids, and audience targeting. The role includes conducting keyword and audience research, setting up tracking and conversion events, and testing creative variations and ad formats to improve ROI. The Ads Executive will collaborate with the design, content, and account management teams to align ad strategies with brand goals, landing pages, and overall marketing plans. The position also requires staying current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend new opportunities and improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and basic understanding of pixels and tags.
- Ability to conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills for budget management, forecasting, and campaign reporting, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, content, and client-facing teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in agency or multi-account management environments, along with relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint), is an advantage.
