About the Role

EAX Media is looking for a Ads Executive to support the management, optimization, and quality control of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and performance.
• Perform keyword research and negative keyword optimization.
• Create and refine ad copy using AI-assisted tools.
• Monitor key PPC metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Assist with campaign setup, quality checks, and account hygiene.
• Prepare PPC performance reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Identify campaign issues and follow established optimization processes.
• Ensure ads, keywords, and landing pages align with search intent.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC/Digital Marketing.
• Practical understanding of Google Ads campaign structure and optimization.
• Knowledge of keyword match types, negative keywords, bidding, conversion tracking, and PPC metrics.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
