Location - Must be from Mumbai or Pune.

Notice Period - Need to join in 30 to 45 days

Key Responsibilities

- 35 years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations or Campaign Management, preferably in a B2B or digital agency environment.

- Strong understanding of ad serving technologies (Google Campaign Manager, DV360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, StackAdapt, etc.).

- Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), pixel implementation, UTM structures, and tracking validation.

- Familiarity with VAST/In-Stream Video, Rich Media, and Audio ad formats.

- Solid understanding of campaign metrics, attribution, and optimization principles.

- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and priorities across internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendor teams.

- Implement, QA, and troubleshoot digital advertising campaigns across Display, Programmatic, Video (VAST/In-Stream), Rich Media, and Audio formats.

- Serve as the technical authority for all ad operations-related issues, including tagging, trafficking, and tracking implementation (e.g., remarketing, GTM, pixels).

- Lead capacity planning, queue management, and performance oversight for Ad Ops Executives; provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

- Maintain and enforce campaign intake quality, naming conventions, UTM standards, and version control across all accounts.

- Manage and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, ensuring proper versioning, publishing controls, and tag governance.

- Collaborate closely with media teams and vendor partners to resolve reporting discrepancies, billing variances, and data integrity issues.

- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring QA sign-offs for complex or high-risk campaign launches.

- Identify and implement process improvements to drive accuracy, efficiency, and automation across campaign execution workflows.

- Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Willingness to work in night shifts (CST time zone) and collaborate across global teams.
