Job Description

Seeking a techno-functional Adobe Workfront expert with strong marketing operations experience to support and scale global digital marketing workflows.

This role will focus on end-to-end Adobe Workfront ownership, including user support, platform administration, operations management, training enablement, and governance, ensuring efficient campaign execution and platform adoption across global teams.

The ideal candidate combines marketing process understanding with hands-on Workfront expertise, and can operate at the intersection of business, operations, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workfront Operations & Platform Management

* Manage day-to-day Adobe Workfront operations, including projects, workflows, intake queues, and request management

* Monitor platform usage, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive efficiency improvements

* Ensure smooth execution of campaign workflows through standardized templates and processes * Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations

2. Workfront Administration & Governance

* Administer Workfront platform including:

* User provisioning, roles, permissions, and access controls

* Group structures, templates, layouts, and configurations

* Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and audit standards

* Maintain data integrity, taxonomy standards, and naming conventions across projects

* Partner with platform owners and Adobe support teams for enhancements and issue resolution

3. User Support & Enablement

* Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 user support for Workfront-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolution

* Act as the primary point of contact for user queries, onboarding, and access requests

* Drive platform adoption by improving user experience and resolving recurring issues

* Create and maintain FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge base content

4. Training & Capability Building

* Design and deliver Workfront training programs, onboarding sessions, and workshops

* Develop training materials including:

* User guides

* Quick reference documents

* Demo videos and walkthroughs

* Enable global teams to effectively use Workfront for campaign execution

* Partner with marketing stakeholders to align training with business workflows

5. Reporting, Analytics & Insights

* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for operational and leadership reporting

* Provide insights on:

* Workflow efficiency

* Campaign delivery timelines

* Resource utilization

* Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles

* Leverage Workfront data to drive decision-making and performance tracking
