Adobe Workfront Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Workfront projects, tasks, templates, portfolios, programs, request queues, custom forms, reports, dashboards, approvals, and access controls.
• Independently implement end-to-end workflows covering intake, planning, execution, review, approval, and delivery.
• Configure and support native integrations with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets/DAM), Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Troubleshoot workflow, permissions, routing, reporting, notification, and integration issues.
• Perform functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing; support deployment and production stabilization.
• Maintain configuration documentation, test evidence, release notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Understand when requirements require Workfront Fusion, REST APIs, webhooks, or custom integrations.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on enterprise experience with Adobe Workfront.
• Strong expertise in workflow configuration and administration.
• Experience with Workfront native/OOTB integrations.
• Ability to independently translate business requirements into scalable configurations.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
