Description
We are looking for an experienced professional with 6+ years of overall experience, having strong working knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and AEM Assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Workfront Fusion
- Integrate Workfront with other enterprise applications and systems
- Handle digital asset management activities using AEM Assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure process optimization and automation for improved operational efficiency
- Support end users and provide technical guidance when required
- Troubleshoot system, integration, and workflow-related issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor platform performance, usage, and data accuracy to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and integration workflows
- Support user onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams
- Ensure best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards are followed within the Adobe ecosystem
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and production support activities
- Participate in enhancement discussions, system upgrades, and implementation planning
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Workfront and AEM-related solution
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion
- Good understanding of AEM Assets and digital asset management processes
- Experience in workflow automation and integrations
- Knowledge of APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
