You will drive personalization, experimentation, and automated customer journeys for our eCommerce clients using Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign. Your work will directly impact user engagement, conversion rates, and lifecycle performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized onsite experiences in Adobe Target.
- Use VEC and custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) to design and deploy Target activities.
- Define audiences and segmentation logic for personalization and optimization.
- Plan, build, and execute email/SMS/push campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Create automated workflows and lifecycle journeys for customer engagement.
- Maintain campaign templates, personalization rules, and data workflows.
- Track performance metrics and deliver insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with developers, analytics, creative, and CRM teams to ensure flawless execution.
What We'd Love To See
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Target (A/B testing, XT/AT).
- Practical exposure to Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard).
- Good understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actions.
- Solid communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
It'd Be Great If You Had
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or GA4 for measurement.
- Understanding of data models, APIs, and integrations.
- Adobe certifications in Target or Campaign.
