We are seeking an Adobe Marketo DevOps Consultant to help us insource delivery of Adobe Marketo Engage as part of our transformation toward an Agile MarTech Center of Excellence.

Your mission will include:

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Adobe Marketo Engage
Collaborate with Express Marketing team to understand their business goals and recommend fitting IT solutions
Advise on Marketo campaigns, email marketing, lead scoring and landing pages from IT perspective.
Consult on the Marketo Data model
Integrate Marketo with other tools such as Dynamics CRM, social media platforms or analytics.
Act as a Marketo IT expert and MarTech IT expert
Share knowledge across the organization - both for Innovation and ongoing support
Support and upskill existing team on Marketo

As a Adobe Marketo DevOps Consultant, following knowledge is essential

Hands-on knowledge with Marketo Engage from IT delivery perspective
End-to-End technical knowledge of Marketo (campaigns, email marketing, lead scoring & nurturing, data model, API & integration capabilities).
Ability to provide actionable insights & recommendations to business stakeholders
As nice to have, experience in social media platforms, analytics tools or CRM (Dynamics preferred)
Experience from DevOps organization, combining support and build / consulting skills

Hi, I am Milan Kubicek (), head of Sales & Marketing IT department.

I started at DHL IT Services in 2009 as a Graduate Trainee. Since then, I have worked in various areas including Service management, Cost optimizations, Infrastructure programs, Telecoms, License management, End User and Desktop Services, Application convergence or Application development in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Customer services.

Since 2023, I have been leading transformation of DHL Express Sales delivery towards Agile & DevSecOps Center of Excellence where we have cca 80 internal and external IT staff located in Costa Rica, Czech Republic, India or Malaysia.

Having completed our journey in Sales, we now continue our journey Center of Excellence journey in Marketing.Interested Apply!
