Required Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, with significant direct experience on Adobe Learning Manager (ALM).
- Strong knowledge of e-learning content standards: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI / Tin Can, and AICC.
- Proven experience with LMS data migration — users, courses, transcripts, certifications, and completion history.
- Proficiency in Node.js scripting for automation, API integrations, and data processing pipelines.
- Experience with ALM REST APIs, Postman / API testing tools, and CSV-based bulk upload workflows. Functional & Domain Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of enterprise LMS architecture, learning taxonomies, and training program operations.
- Experience conducting UAT, managing defect lifecycles, and driving stakeholder sign-off in complex migration projects.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation including data mapping matrices, migration runbooks, and test plans
