We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Analyst to analyze, optimize, and enhance customer experiences using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The ideal candidate will unify cross-channel data, identify key journey insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and retention across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to collect, unify, and interpret cross-channel customer data.
- Perform journey fallout, pathing, and overlap analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Leverage Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to design, monitor, and refine personalized customer journeys.
- Develop data-driven insights and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

- Analytical mindset with expertise in SQL, data modeling, and statistical analysis (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
