We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist to lead the design, build, and optimization of real-time customer journeys and omni-channel campaigns. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our marketing technology capability, sitting within the Campaign Operations team in Coimbatore.
You will work alongside CRM, data, and marketing teams to deliver personalized, event-driven experiences across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels — at scale, with speed, and with measurable business impact.
Journey Design, Build & Execution
•Build, and manage end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, covering event-triggered, audience-based, and scheduled flows.
•Configure entry conditions, decision logic, wait steps, and exit criteria to ensure journeys are coherent, efficient, and brand-compliant.
•Translate campaign briefs into technical journey configurations with clear documentation and version control.
•Own cross-channel orchestration across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Personalization & Audience Segmentation
•Implement rules-based and AI-driven personalization using AJO Decision Management and offer libraries.
•Build and manage audience segments via Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using real-time profile data and behavioral signals.
•Leverage identity resolution and unified profiles to ensure consistent, relevant messaging across touchpoints.
Campaign Operations & Quality Assurance
•Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from requirements gathering and QA through to launch, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
•Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
•Proactively troubleshoot journey failures, delivery issues, and data discrepancies; define root-cause fixes and preventive controls.
•Maintain a campaign calendar, approval workflows, and audit trails in line with governance standards.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
•Define, track, and report on campaign KPIs including open rates, click-through, conversion, and revenue attribution.
•Conduct regular journey performance reviews and translate findings into iterative improvements.
•Provide post-campaign readouts and strategic recommendations to marketing and leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Partner with CRM, data engineering, and creative teams to align on audience strategy, content requirements, and technical dependencies.
•Work with the analytics team to ensure campaign data flows correctly into reporting and attribution models.
•Contribute to MarTech capability planning and help evaluate new AJO features and Adobe release updates.
