Capgemini is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Lead Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise‑scale AEP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise across AEP core services, Real‑Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and integrations across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end design, deployment, and scaling of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Define and implement XDM schemas, identity resolution strategies, and consent management frameworks.
- Design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and activation.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud tools including:
- Real‑Time CDP (RTCDP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Target
- Adobe Web SDK
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Develop and optimize complex AEP queries, working with relational and advanced data models.
- Implement Offer Decisioning and advanced personalization use cases.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance to development teams.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with significant hands‑on experience in Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Real‑Time CDP (RTCDP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Identity Service
- Adobe Launch and Web SDK
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and distributed data systems (CDP).
- Experience designing and managing enterprise‑scale customer data platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in complex, cross‑functional environments.
