Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong Adobe Workfront expertise to design and implement scalable work management and marketing operations solutions. The ideal candidate will define end-to-end Workfront architecture, including workflows, intake processes, resource management, reporting, and integrations within the Adobe ecosystem such as AEM and DAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Adobe Workfront solutions aligned with business requirements
• Define architecture for workflows, intake processes, project templates, and governance models
• Lead integration efforts between Workfront and Adobe tools like AEM, DAM, and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Establish resource management, reporting frameworks, and dashboards
• Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance standards are followed
• Drive enterprise adoption and user enablement strategies
• Support Agile delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution reviews
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Application Architecture
• Strong expertise in Adobe Workfront implementation and configuration
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Proven experience in large-scale Workfront implementations
• Knowledge of workflow automation, resource planning, and reporting tools
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise system integrations
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
