Role Summary

Provide L3 support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, performance optimization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex production incidents and perform RCA.
• Support AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and DAM environments.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot AEM, Dispatcher, replication, indexing, and integration issues.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
