Description
We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5+), Java development, and modern web frameworks.
You will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing scalable architectures, and guiding a team to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant digital solutions.
AEM Expertise
Key Skills & Technical Expertise :
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+ (components, templates, workflows, OSGi, JSP, HTL).
- Proficient in AEM architecture, dispatcher configurations, and integrations.
Backend & Integration
- Solid knowledge of Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, Spring, and Microservices.
- Understanding of secure coding and design best practices.
Frontend
- Exposure to Angular or React frameworks.
Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Jenkins, and Git.
Database
- Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop AEM/Java-based solutions in an agile, distributed team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and story grooming.
- Ensure delivery of high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support production systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead on enterprise-level AEM implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and staying updated with new technologies.
