Adobe Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery
• Define and execute AEM platform strategy and roadmap aligned with digital and business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable AEM solutions
• Architect and implement best practices for AEM-based applications and integrations
• Oversee development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
• Manage AEM content repositories including content modeling, taxonomy, and digital asset management
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, testing, and adherence to standards
• Handle deployment, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance of AEM instances
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability of AEM platforms
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Maintain documentation for architecture, development processes, and platform configurations
