Your role and responsibilities
- Build, execute, deploy and monitor campaigns using Adobe Campaign in multiple channels, including email, SMS, digital, and direct mail
- Provide forecasted volumes in campaign requirement sessions
- understand JS in Adobe Campaigns and APIs
- Apply business rules, inclusions, exclusions and guide segmentation.
- Collaborate with client team to set up email, and SMS creatives using standard templates in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Coordinate with the Client stakeholders to receive campaign files, validate HTML is rendering accurately in the Adobe Campaign template and personalization attributes are correct.
- Perform QA on audience and creative to ensure the right customers are receiving the correct campaign content and the defined mandatory checks for all email creatives are completed before scheduled/manual deployments.
- Perform Audience file validation against the specific creative to confirm correct set of customers is receiving the campaign.
- Perform checks on the creative for design, layout and preview with the actual populated data.
- Perform rendering validation across multiple operating systems and device types
- Scheduling and launching campaigns after all QC steps are performed.
- Track deployment details and schedules per requirements.
- Report bounces, undeliverable, unsubscribes and invalid email addresses and maintain a list of undeliverable emails and perform checks against the list prior to each deployment
- High-level understanding of databases from Customer data to Campaign data level
- Understanding of data flows and ETL/workflow schedules
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Oracle, or another relational database for building package triggers
- Monitoring system health, providing input for the application server and providing database server clean-up activities
- Monitor automated campaigns

Required technical and professional expertise
- Graduate or postgraduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing automation/ marketing cloud platforms and digital marketing with certification in Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner level.
- Adobe, SQL, MS Office
- Project management skills by collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation concepts
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Prior experience with Adobe platforms like Adobe Campaign Classic, Campaign Standard/AJO/AEP
- Data Engineering Skills
- Ability to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
- Responsible, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate global projects
