Job Description

Design, develop, and optimize Adobe Campaign Classic workflows, schemas, forms, and data models to support audience segmentation, campaign execution, and customer journeys.

. Build and maintain ETL and data integration processes by extracting, transforming, and loading data from various enterprise systems into Adobe Campaign.

. Develop and enhance workflows using SQL, JavaScript, and Adobe Campaign scripting capabilities to support automated marketing operations.

. Integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with external enterprise applications and platforms using APIs, web services, and data connectors.

. Monitor campaign workflows, troubleshoot workflow failures, identify data anomalies, and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

. Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and synchronization across integrated systems.

. Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, architects, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

. Participate in Agile / Safe delivery models, contributing to sprint planning, design discussions, development, testing, and deployment activities.

. Support performance optimization, deployment automation, and operational stability of Adobe Campaign environments.

. Maintain technical documentation, workflow designs, and integration specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Adobe Campaign Classic Developer should have:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field( 6-12 years of exp)

Strong expertise in Adobe Campaign workflows, schemas, JavaScript, SQL, and campaign delivery management.

. Experience with ETL processes, data transformation, and enterprise data integration.

. Proficiency in working with REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and external system connectivity.

. Good understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and query optimization.

. Experience troubleshooting workflow, delivery, and data synchronization issues in Adobe Campaign environments.

. Familiarity with Agile / Safe methodologies and collaborative development practices.

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
