Roles & Responsibilities
Measurement Strategy & Governance :
- Own the global digital measurement framework, including objectives, KPIs, taxonomy, and metadata standards.
- Lead tagging and data collection governance using Adobe Launch.
- Partner with Privacy/Risk to ensure compliant analytics, consent, and data usage.
Reporting, Dashboards & Insights
- Build automated reporting suites and dashboards for senior leadership and operational teams.
- Be the main storyteller of kpmg.com analytic reports
- Develop actionable insights that drive improvements in content, UX, SEO, and campaign performance.
- Translate insights into prioritized backlog & Personalization Enablement :
- Develop and maintain a global testing roadmap (A/B, MVT).
- Define testing standards (hypotheses, sample sizing, success criteria).
- Support segmentation and personalization enablement using Adobe Target, AEM, and Analytics.
Platform Stewardship & Data Quality
- Lead analytics QA, data quality monitoring, and issue remediation with engineering/product teams.
- Ensure interoperability across Adobe Analytics, Launch, AEM, Adobe Target, OneTrust, Workfront, and BrightEdge.
Leadership Through Influence
- Coach global teams on insights, measurement, tagging, analytics tools, and experimentation.
- Create and deliver playbooks, enablement sessions, and office hours.
Educational Qualifications
BE/B Sc degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
Work Experience
- The candidate must have to 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in leading analytics and insights practice preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage
- Expertise with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch; working knowledge of AEM, Adobe Target, Workfront, OneTrust, and BrightEdge.
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities.
- Experience in experimentation (A/B/MVT) and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with digital compliance, privacy, and technology governance.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Analytics : Advanced workspace analysis, segmentation, custom metrics, and translating business needs into AA solutions.
- AEM & Adobe Target : Working knowledge of data layer design, A/B & MVT setup, QA, and Target - AA - Launch integrations.
- Measurement frameworks : Develop KPI structures including taxonomy and metadata standards and drive actionable insights to improve content, UX, SEO, and campaigns performance.
- Dashboards & storytelling : Creating automated executive dashboards and delivering clear, actionable data narratives.
- SEO & content analytics : Using BrightEdge (or similar) for keyword and performance insights; familiarity with Core Web Vitals.
- Governance & compliance : Knowledge of consent frameworks, privacy-by-design analytics (e.g., OneTrust), and compliant data handling.
- QA and data quality : Skilled in automated/manual analytics QA, debugging anomaly detection, and remediation.
- Interoperability & Integrations : Ensuring signal flow and ID consistency across Analytics, Launch, AEM, Target, OneTrust, Workfront, and SEO systems.
